My name is John Blythe and I'm a wedding and portrait
photographer based in Oxfordshire covering mainly Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and London but I am more than happy to travel further afield.
Photographing weddings is a unique privilage and pleasure. Spending a day with a happy couple and their family and friends, everyone dressed up and feeling positive and excited is an experience I never tire of.

Easter weekend and the perfect spring day. The Great Tythe Barn in Tetbury is a great venue for an all in one place wedding with a great rustic country feel. And with a clear blue sky and that wonderful golden late afternoon sun, what could be better.
Ending the day with Chinese lanterns drifting into the night was a fun touch to round off the perfect day.

The Landmark Hotel is an exceptional wedding venue right next to Marylebone Railway Station and only 10 minutes from Regents Park. I have been lucky again this year with the weather and have probably had more than my fair share of blue skies to shoot under. After a civil wedding ceremony David, Joanna & I we went off to Regents Park. It seemed like most of the rest of London had the same idea! David & Joanna got lots of appreciative oohs and aahs and a few congratulations and didn’t seem to mind the attention one bit!

What a great day, the weather was splendid and everyone had a great time. St Mary’s Church in Radnage is an enchanting little place with stunning views over the Chilterns and perfect for an intimate wedding.
The wedding ceremony was followed by a marquee reception in the garden at home.
